Road Closures
JULY 8TH 10 - JULY 14TH - PORT ECHO LANE - ROAD CLOSURE BEGINNING 7AM JULY 8TH
JUNE 8,2010 - ESPERANTO DR – EAST ENTRANCE IS CLOSED. THE WEST ENTRANCE WILL BE OPEN.
JUNE 9,2010 – EGRET TRL – WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL THRU TRAFFIC
EACH STREET WILL ONLY BE DOWN FOR ONE DAY, POSSIBLY FROM 0700-1700
**UPDATE** Bird Of Paradise Lane
The road closures will be changed to Monday May 17th to Friday May 21st
The area of Bird of Paradise in the 140 block will be closed Monday thru Wednesday, lanes closed in both directions
The area of Bird of Paradise in the 190 block will be closed Wednesday thru Friday, lanes closed in both directions
Detour signs will be in place and the closures will be from 700 hrs to 1800 hrs
Coquina construstion will have Bird Of Paradise Lane in front of the address 140 closed in both directions starting at May 14th 7AM through May 15th 4PM.
Palm Coast Parkway will be milled and repaved in two stages.
The first stage is scheduled to begin on May 15th and will only include Palm Coast Parkway SE (Eastbound) from Old Kings Road to Palm Harbor Pkwy.
The second phase is tentatively scheduled for June 1st and will include the rest of Palm Coast Parkway and intersecting cross streets. Also included in the second phase is Cypress Point Parkway & portions of Cypress Edge Parkway.
All work that will require lane closures on the above roads will be performed between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Belle Terre Lane Shift – April 27, 2010
A lane shift will be implemented in the Northbound direction of Belle Terre Parkway near the Library starting on April 27, 2010. Traffic will be shifted utilizing advance warning signs, barrels, pavement markings and a reduced speed limit of 30 mph.
In addition, the existing Northbound lane shift at Palm Coast Parkway will be removed. Northbound traffic will now proceed straight thru the intersection.

Bellaire Drive Road Closure that will last approximately 2 weeks while traffic will be detoured to Beachway Drive. Along with the road closure at Bellaire Drive the traffic on Belle Terre Parkway will be shifted to the west starting at Palm Coast Parkway on March 16th.
Foster Lane and Fort Caroline Lane - The intersection at Foster Lane and the western end of Fort Caroline Lane will be closed and limited to local traffic only. It is estimated that the construction time will be approximately 30 days.
Pine Lakes Parkway at Belle Terre Parkway North will be closed at ANY TIME for approximately two weeks due to construction. There is a delay in closure but it will be happening soon.
County Road 305, Two Bridges will be replaced. The first bridge (734087) over Little Haw Creek , which is located approx. 13.5 miles south of SR 100 will be closed to through traffic from January 4, 2010 till approx. July 12,2010. The second bridge (734085) over unnamed water which is located 6.75 miles south of SR 100 will be closed to through traffic from July 12,2010 to approx. October 30,2010.
Pickford Lane in Palm Coast will have utility work underway from January 4th through January 12th 2010. Temporary closures and detours may be implemented.
Secretary Trail in Palm Coast will have utility work underway from January 4th through January 14th 2010. Temporary closures and detours may be implemented.
Point of Woods Drive in Palm Coast will have utility work underway from January 4th through January 11th 2010. Temporary closures and detours may be implemented.
Riviera and Rae Drives in Palm Coast will have utility work underway from January 4th through the next two months. Temporary closures and detours may be implemented.
US 1 at Black Branch Bridge (Just south of Bunnell) will be undergoing construction The road will NOT be closed but lane shifts will be in effect during the construction period.
Belle Terre Parkway and Market Avenue will have lane closures due to construction for the next three months.
Old Kings Road CLOSED between SR 100 & Town Center Blvd 2/16/09 for one year. Old Kings Road should reopen in February 2010.
Continued Construction on North Belle Terre. Detours on Side Streets Possible.
