2/21/2012	13:52 p.m.	Three Palm Coast residents reported that tags on their vehicles had been stolen overnight. The residents resided on Willoughby Place, Whitting Place and Burning Bush Drive. In two of the instances, the tags were taken off trailers.
2/20/2012	10:13 a.m.	A West Flagler County resident reported losing his .45 caliber gun after shooting it on his property on County Road 65. The resident told deputies that when he was done shooting, he put the gun on the rear bumper of his vehicle and forgot it was there. Deputies said the man thinks he lost the gun somewhere on his route to his home on County Road 80.
2/20/2012	21:04 p.m.	A 45-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for drunk driving following a traffic stop on Palm Coast Parkway near Boulder Rock Drive. The driver failed several field sobriety tests before being transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
2/19/2012	10:34 a.m.	A resident of Evanston Place in Palm Coast reported some $300 in loose coins had been stolen from his bedroom. The homeowner said his son had a friend spend the night and that friend may have taken the coins which were inside a glass container.
2/19/2012	11:42 a..m.	A Palm Coast resident reported a shotgun had been stolen from his home on Bannbury Lane. The victim told deputies he had went out of town overnight and when he returned, he discovered the theft. Deputies said the victim may know the thief. The incident is under investigation.
2/18/2012	20:39 p.m..	A 29-year-old West Flagler County woman was arrested for driving under the influence after deputies observed her vehicle swerving from lane to lane on East Moody Boulevard. Deputies said the woman failed several field sobriety tests. She was placed under arrest and her seven-month-old son and nine year-old daughter were released to their grandmother who arrived at the scene.
2/18/2012	20:50 p.m.	A 60-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for domestic violence battery following a disturbance at his home on North Oceanshore Boulevard. The man’s girlfriend said she was pushed down and sat on by her boyfriend. Deputies said the woman had red marks and scrapes on her face. The couple admitted to have been drinking earlier in the evening at a Daytona Beach bar.
2/17/2012	06:16 a.m.	A Deland man was arrested for driving with a revoked driver’s license after deputies found his vehicle tag did not match the assigned vehicle. The man also was unable to provide a valid vehicle registration.
2/17/2012	17:38 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported her cell phone was stolen after she left it in a local restaurant. The victim said she had been in the restaurant’s restroom on Palm Coast Parkway where she may have forgotten her phone. When she returned 15 minutes later, she found it was gone.
2/16/2012	14:25 p.m.	An employee of Florida Power and Light reported that several pounds of copper wiring had been removed from a site on State Road 100 in Palm Coast. The employee said a hole had been cut in the fence and the wiring was removed.
2/16/2012	19:00 p.m.	An elderly Palm Coast couple reported discovered the husband’s Social Security check had not been deposited in their checking account through direct deposit. Social Security officials told her a request had been received to deposit the amount onto a debit card. The card was then used in Miami Gardens.
2/15/2012	15:25 p.m.	A Palm Coast man is out $20 after receiving change from a Palm Coast supermarket. The man told deputies he had purchased groceries and his change included several $20 bills. He said he left the bills in his wallet until the next day and when he went to pay for a purchase at a convenience store, the clerk refused to accept the money. Deputies said bill appeared to be counterfeit because the print was not clear and the paper was very thin.
2/15/2012	22:56 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his bank debit card had been fraudulently used after he lost it on Valentine’s Day. The victim told deputies he may have dropped the card in a convenience store parking lot. He was notified by the bank that there were six charges on the card including charges made at Walmart and Pizza Hut.
2/14/2012	17:42 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported her home on Chestnut Avenue had been entered, but nothing appeared to be missing. The homeowner also said a door to a shed in the back of the home had been pried open, but she was unable to determine if anything was missing. Deputies said entry to the home appeared to have been made through an unlocked window.
2/14/2012	23:28 p.m.	A homeowner on Raemoor Drive in Palm Cost reported his home had been entered and jewelry along with DVDs and a shotgun had been stolen. The victim told deputies the burglary occurred overnight and he suspected the burglar might be someone he knows. The incident is under investigation.
2/13/2012	00:04 a.m.	A 21-year-old Palm Coast woman was charged with resisting arrest with violence and assault on a law enforcement officer following a family disturbance at her home on Prince John Lane. When deputies attempted to remove the woman at the request of the homeowner, she kicked and tried to spit at deputies. She was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility. Deputies said while they were on scene, another family member, apparently became upset over the disturbance and began hitting her head against a wall until she lost consciousness. She was transported to Florida Hospital Flagler for treatment.
2/13/2012	17:23 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported entry had been made to his home and the burglars made off with his underwear and other clothes. The victim told deputies he had recently been in jail and he was unsure when the burglary may have occurred, but it is believed to have happened sometime since Jan. 31.
2/12/2012	1:55 a.m.	A Palm Coast man was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. for driving while intoxicated, DUI crash with property damage after deputies observed him driving erratically near Taco Bell on Palm Coast Parkway. Deputies said after they stopped the man’s vehicle, he put the car into reverse and backed into a patrol car. Deputies were able to reach through the driver’s window, unlock the door and remove the man from the vehicle. He was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
2/12/2012	9:30 a.m.	Two residents of Bainbridge Drive in Palm Coast reported their vehicles were entered overnight. Deputies said there were no signs of forced entry to either vehicle. One owner reported a motorcycle bag had been stolen.
2/11/2012	21:05 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported losing her purse after shopping at two local stores. The victim told deputies she thought she may have left it in a shopping cart after loading her groceries at Walmart. She told deputies she had cancelled her credit and debit cards.
2/11/2012	22:33 p.m.	. A Palm Coast man was charged with second degree petit theft after deputies discovered his vehicle was displaying a stolen license tag. Deputies initially stopped the vehicle due to the window tinting being too dark.
2/10/2012	18:50 p.m.	A 20-year-old Palm Coast woman reported her wallet had been stolen while she was in Walmart. The victim told deputies she left the wallet in the center console of her vehicle. When she returned to her vehicle, it was gone. Deputies report no signs of forced entry into the vehicle.
2/10/2012	23:22 p.m.	A Jacksonville man was charged with possession of cocaine after he crashed his vehicle on Belle Terre Parkway and State Road 100 as he was attempting to flee deputies. The man was found to have crack cocaine inside the vehicle.
2/9/2012	09:58 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reporting finding a ballistic vest on the beach at the Mala Compra Road Park. The man told deputies he found it near a garbage can. Deputies contacted the manufacturer who said the vest was more than five years old and there was no way to identify the owner.
2/9/2012	13:20 p.m.	A resident of Daytona North reported several items were stolen from his truck bed while it was parked at his home on Clove Avenue. The victim said several tools unused in construction were stolen from inside the bed cover. Deputies reported finding pry marks on the locked bed cover.
2/8/2012	09:54 a.m.	A Palm Coast man who lost his Social Security card in October found that someone had used his number to file a return with the IRS. The victim told deputies he filed his income tax return earlier this week, but was informed someone had already filed a 2011 tax return using that number.
2/8/2012	22:19 p.m.	A 40-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for driving under the influence resulting in damage and leaving the scene of an accident following a late night crash on Brice Lane in Palm Coast. Deputies said the man failed to negotiate a turn and his truck crashed into a tree. After failing several field sobriety tests, the man was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility where he was additional charged with introducing contraband into a correctional facility. Corrections deputies found a prescription pill in the man’s pocket.
2/7/2012	23:10 p.m.	A 33-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for domestic violence battery after a fight at a home on Randolph Drive. The victim told deputies that the man hit her in the face with an open hand twice. Deputies said the woman had redness on her cheekbone to the middle of her neck from the assault.
2/6/2012	10:47 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his vehicle had been keyed while it was parked at his home on Eton Lane. Deputies said there was a scratch that stretched down the entire length of the passenger side of the car.
2/6/2012	20:30 p.m.	A resident of Ramrock Lane in Palm Coast reported the theft of 10 solar lights from her front yard. The victim told deputies she heard her doorbell, looked outside and saw a man in a silver car driving away. She said she thought she saw her solar lights in the back seat of the vehicle.
2/5/2012	10:02 a.m.	Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a commercial bus fire on State Road 100 at a Palm Coast gas station. Deputies reported heavy smoke was coming from the rear driver’s side of the bus. The passengers had been evacuated and gas to all the pumps was turned off. The charter company based out of Tampa sent another bus to pick up the passengers and the bus was later towed.
2/5/2012	3:43 p.m.	A 17-year-old Palm Coast girl was cited for having no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop on East Moody Boulevard in Bunnell. The deputy said the teenager was driving at a speed of 46 miles per hour in a 35 mile an hour zone. After he stopped her, the teen admitted she had never had a driver’s license. The teen was released to the custody of her mother.
2/4/2012	13:18 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported her purse was stolen from her vehicle that was parked on her drive on Princess Kim Place. The victim was unsure whether she had locked the vehicle. Deputies said there were no signs of forced entry.
2/4/2012	16:51 p.m.	A 41-year-old Palm Coast man was cited for shoplifting at Walmart on Cypress Point Parkway after a loss prevention associate observed him removing a tag from a wallet and placing it in his pocket. The man was also trespassed from the superstore.
2/3/2012	07:34 a.m.	A Daytona North resident reported her home had been entered and several gaming systems, cash and prescription pills were missing. Deputies said the point of entry appeared to be through a back door.
2/3/2012	11:32 a.m.	A 52-year-old Bunnell man was arrested for shoplifting at a Publix Supermarket on Northeast Palm Coast Parkway. The manager said he observed the man take $84 worth of steak and meats and place them under his shirt.
2/2/2012	13:50 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported several fishing rods and tools were removed from his garage on Zinnia Trail. The victim told deputies that while he was working in his backyard, someone apparently entered his open garage and took the fishing rods, an air compressor and a nail gun.
2/2/2012	15:50 p.m.	Two Port Orange residents were arrested for shoplifting after loss prevention officers at the target Superstore on State Road 100 witnessed the two taking cameras off the shelves in the electronics department. A male was arrested outside of the store. When deputies attempted to arrest the female, she took off running across the parking lot, but she was apprehended after a brief foot chase. She was additional charged with obstructing justice. Both were transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
2/1/2012	12:17 a.m.	A Beechwood Lane resident reported someone had entered her Palm Coast home and stolen several gaming systems, a laptop and jewelry. The home was unoccupied for about two hours, according to the resident. Her grandson reported finding broke glass on the back porch area.
2/1/2012	21:09 p.m.	A 40-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for driving with a suspended driver’s license after deputies said he attempted to flee a traffic stop on Seven Wonders Trail. The man was eventually located on Seville Orange Path where he had parked his car on his front lawn. Deputies discovered the man’s license had been suspended indefinitely since Jan. 17.
1/31/2012	10:00 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported receiving a court summons for failure to pay a credit card company. The man told deputies he never opened a credit card with that company and had no idea who had used his personal information for the card. Deputies said the account was activated and used in Arizona.
1/31/2012	17:36 p.m.	Two Palm Coast teenagers were arrested for shoplifting from the Target Superstore on State Road 100. The loss prevention employee said the 16-year-olds had taken bathing suits and jewelry into a restroom, removed the tags and then concealed the items in their purses. Their parents were called to the scene and the juveniles were released to their custody.
1/30/2012	12:50 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported her wallet was missing from her room at a retirement home on Town Court. The victim told deputies that cash, medical cards and her driver’s license were inside the missing wallet. Deputies assisted the victim in searching her room, but the wallet was not found. Deputies said there was no sign of forced entry to the room.
1/30/2012	12:59 p.m.	A resident of Rollins Drive in Palm Coast reported someone entered his parked vehicle. The victim said a set of keys and a bridge pass were taken from the unlocked vehicle.
1/29/2012	03:11 a.m.	A 23-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for driving under the influence following a disturbance at European Village on Palm Harbor Parkway. Deputies said that during the traffic stop, the man rambled and was talking incoherently. After he failed several field sobriety tests, deputies placed him under arrested and transported him to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
1/29/2012	09:46 a.m.	A resident of Blare Drive reported the theft of a new 60-inch plasma television from their home. The victim said that sometime between 3 a.m. and 8:30 p.m., someone entered their unlocked home and took the television from the living room floor. Deputies said there was no sign of forced entry.
1/28/2012	16:32 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his vehicle had been entered while he was inside a Publix Supermarket on Palm Coast Parkway Northeast. The victim said he locked the vehicle, but left the windows slightly open. A ring, makeup bag, phone charger and sunglasses were reported stolen.

1/28/2012	18:54 p.m.	An Ormond Beach teenager was charged with shoplifting from Walmart on Cypress Point Parkway. The store’s asset protection associate reported the 17-year-old who was accompanied by three other juveniles, selected health and beauty products along with four packs of socks. The merchandise was concealed inside a purse of one of the other juveniles. The teen was charged and released at the scene.
1/27/2012	13:03 p.m.	A Reidsville Drive resident reported her neighbor’s home may have been burglarized. The homeowner was out of town and the neighbor reported a white truck had pulled into the driveway. Deputies reported entry appeared to have been made to the home and items were strewn around the house.
1/27/2012	19:19 p.m.	A 78-year-old Palm Coat man was arrested for shoplifting $17.96 worth of merchandise from the Target store on State Road 100. The store security guard reported the man placed the items in his pants and attempted to leave the store. He also was issued a trespass notice from the store.
1/26/2012	18:09 p.m.	A golf course employee at the Conservatory Golf Course reported several tee markers were stolen. The employee told deputies that he witnesses several boys remove a tee flag from the5th hole and toss it into the lake. He was unable to catch them and later discovered the other markers were missing. The markers were valued at $235.
1/26/2012	07:04 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his home on Wendi Lane had been burglarized. The victim said prescriptions pills, cash and costume jewelry were taken in the incident. Deputies said entry to the home appeared to have been made by forcing open a bedroom window.
1/26/2012	17:25 p.m.	A Bunnell resident reported the theft of her camera from her residence on Cemetery Road. The victim said she last saw the camera on January 25 and she was unsure when the theft may have occurred. Deputies said there was no sign of forced entry to the home and the incident is under investigation.
1/26/2012	20:55 p.m.	A 20-year-old Palm Coast man was charged with battery after an 18-year-old man reported being hit in the head twice by the older man. The victim said when he arrived at his home on Burning Wick Place, he was called over to a vehicle in which the 20-year-old man was riding. Once he walked over, the man then stepped out of the car and punched him once in the face and then again in the left ear. The victim did not indicate why he was assaulted.
1/24/2012	09:02 a.m.	A Cline Construction Co. employee reported the theft of a traffic advisory signs from a construction site near the intersection of U.S. Highway 1 and Whiteview Parkway. The employee said the signs were used to notify drivers of lane closures and hazard information.

1/23/2012	13:49 p.m.	A resident of Evansmill Lane reported his vehicle had been egged while it was parked at his Palm Coast home. The victim said he found two eggs in the driveway. Another egg was found on the front bumper and windshield of the vehicle.
1/23/2012	16:16 p.m.	A 15-year-old Palm Coast boy was arrested and charged with armed burglary and criminal mischief. Deputies said the teen was found by neighbors attempting to break-in to a home on Whirlaway Drive.
1/22/2012	10:10 a.m.	A resident of Bunker View Drive reported her home had been entered and a gaming system and phone were missing. The victim said her son discovered a bedroom window was open. Deputies said there were no signs of forced entry.
1/22/2012	20:47 p.m.	An argument about sleeping on the couch ended in a Palm Coast couple being arrested for domestic violence battery. Deputies were called to the home on Clinton Court North where the male said he and his girlfriend were arguing over him sleeping on the couch. He said his girlfriend slapped him in the face and hit him on the back of the head. His girlfriend admitted throwing a wooden doorstop at him, but missing him. She said her boyfriend picked up a can of all-purpose lubricant and sprayed her with it when she attempted to hit him again. Both were transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
1/21/2012	03:41 a.m.	A 42-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and driving with a suspended driver’s license after deputies observed him driving erratically on State Road 11 near the Black Branch Canal. After placing the man under arrested, deputies also found a small amount of methamphetamine in his pockets and drug paraphernalia. He was additionally charged.
1/21/2012	23:41 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his IPad was stolen from his vehicle while he was shopping in Palm Coast. The victim said he left his home around 8 p.m. and several stops, including one at a restaurant and one at a gas station where he left his vehicle unlocked and running. He was unable to estimate where the theft may have taken place.
1/20/2012	01:10 a.m.	A resident of Reston Place in Palm Coast reported someone attempted to enter his parked vehicle while he was inside his home. The man told deputies he heard the car alarm go off and he started the car remotely in hopes of scaring off the would-be burglars. When he exited the house, he saw someone running down the street, but was unable to give a description.
1/20/2012	23:34 p.m.	A Daytona Beach man was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license following a traffic stop on State Road 100. The driver told deputies that his license had been suspended in error. However, deputies found his license had been suspended on Jan. 11 for failure to pay a fee.
1/19/2012	18:03 p.m.	A Brighthouse Network employee reported being bitten by a dog as he was attempting to place a notice on a house on Persimmon Drive. The employee said the brown pit bull ran at him from the garage and when he attempted to block the animal, he was bitten on three fingers. Animal Control responded to the scene.
1/19/2012	19:26 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his vehicle had been entered while it was parked at a fitness gym on Old Kings Road. The victim said another gym patron told him the passenger window of his vehicle had been broken out. The victim reported cash, an IPhone and debit cards were missing.
1/18/2012	07:54 a.m.	A construction manager for Habitat for Humanity reported the copper was stolen from an outside air conditioning unit at a home on Nutwood Avenue in Daytona North. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m.
1/18/2012	17:03 p.m.	A homeowner on Pebble Beach Drive in Palm Coast reported his home had been burglarized sometime between 4 a.m. and 5 p.m. The victim said jewelry and two gaming devices were missing. Deputies said entry to the home appeared to have been made through a rear sliding glass door.
1/17/2012	11:42 a.m.	Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a series of vandalism on homes and autos on Rockingham Lane, Rockefeller Drive, Rybark Lane and White View Parkway. Residents reported that obscenities were spray painted on walls and doors overnight. Anyone with information on the incidents is asked to contact the Sheriff’s Office at 386-313-4911.
1/17/2012	15:31 p.m.	A 21-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer after he bit a Sheriff’s deputy who was trying to arrest him on an outstanding warrant. The deputy said the man began struggling with him when he attempted to place into handcuffs. The deputy’s portable radio was damaged when the man attempted to prevent the deputy from calling for assistance. Once he was handcuffed, deputies also found a small amount of marijuana in his pockets.
1/16/2012	17:29 p.m.	A Palm Coast property owner reported his house on Big Horn Drive had been burglarized overnight. The victim said a television and computer were stolen. Deputies said entry to the vacant home had been made through a front bathroom window.
1/16/2012	00:35 a.m.	A 46-year-old Palm Coast woman was arrested for hosting an open house at her home on Brooklyn Lane where several party-goers were found to be under 21 years of age. Deputies responded to a noise complaint and found several underage teenagers consuming alcoholic beverages. Deputies located the woman hiding in a master bathroom of the home.
1/15/2012	03:26 a.m.	A 23-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Old Kings Road in Palm Coast. Deputies said the man smelled strongly of alcohol and he was unable to maintain his balance during several field sobriety tests.
1/15/2012	00:50 a.m.	A Palm Coast man was arrested at the Coquina Lanes Bowling Alley after witnesses told deputies the man had smashed a vending machine inside the building. When deputies arrived, the 23-year-old began screaming at them and eventually was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. After being transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility, the man began spitting on corrections officers and he was additionally charged with battery on a law enforcement officer.
1/14/2012	10:59 a.m.	A Palm Coat resident reported his two vehicles had been entered overnight while they were parked on his drive on Black Alder Drive. The victim said several credit cards, a satellite radio and sunglasses were taken from the vehicles which may have been left unlocked.
1/14/2012	02:53 a.m.	A 19-year-old Palm Coast woman was cited for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage after witnesses told deputies she crashed her truck into a security gate on Camion Del Mark Parkway,. Deputies later located the woman at her home on Welling Lane in Palm Coast.
1/13/2012	14:40 p.m.	A property controller reported damage to a vacant home on Pickering Drive in Palm Coast. The controller told deputies that cabinets and appliances in the home had been removed. Graffiti also was found on the walls along with garbage inside the house.
1/13/2012	19:25 p.m.	A patron of a tavern on Palm Coast Parkway Southwest was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after other patrons said the man pulled a knife and threatened the owner. The owner told deputies the man became angry when he was asked to leave the premises.
1/12/2012	17:37 p.m.	A home on Chestnut Avenue was reportedly burglarized and a wallet, television and other items were stolen. The daughter of the home owner discovered the burglary. She told deputies that the home’s door locks do not work and entry can easily be made into the house.
1/12/2012	23:18 p.m.	Sheriff’s deputies recovered a vehicle that had been reported as stolen out of South Daytona. The 2005 Hyundai was found parked on the side of County Road 304 with the driver’s side window broken out. The ignition had been damaged, according to deputies.
1/11/2012	07:27 a.m.	. A Palm Coast resident reported an attempted burglary at her home on Lancelot Drive. The resident told deputies that she heard a noise around 3 a.m. on her screened porch, but did not investigate. When she got up later, she found a screen had been cut and a door hinge was damaged. Nothing was reported missing and the incident is under investigation.
1/11/2012	18:32 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident received a fake check as part of an attempt to purchase furniture off Craig’s List. The resident said he received a check for $2,780 which was more than the cost of the furniture. The purchaser then directed the victim to cash the check and wire the balance back to him. After the victim followed the directions, the purchaser then told him there was a problem and to send more money. The victim became suspicious and reported the incident.
1/10/2012	10:31 a.m.	A 14-year-old Buddy Taylor Middle School student was cited for possession of a controlled substance after another student saw a clear baggie with a green substance fall out of her pocket. The teenager said she had found the baggie in her neighborhood. She was issued a civil citation instead of being criminally charged.
1/10/2012	19:48 p.m.	A resident of Espanola Road reported her home had been broken into while she was away. The homeowner said a gaming station and a computer were missing. Deputies said entry to the home may have been through a front window.
1/9/2012	00:03 a.m.	A Palm Coast man was arrested for drunk driving after deputies observed him driving at a high rate of speed through a convenience store parking lot on Cypress Point Parkway. The deputies said the man failed several field sobriety tests before being charged.
1/9/2012	10:44 a.m.	A Palm Coast man was charged with aggravated assault following a disturbance at his resident on Kashmir Trail. Deputies responded to the home after a report of a disturbance and a man with a large machete threating unknown people inside the house. The victim said she left her purse in the car while she went inside the store to use the restroom. When she returned, she discovered the theft. 1/7/2012	13:44 p.m.	A Palm Coast man was arrested for drunk driving after deputies responded to a report of an impaired driver in the area of Plumtree Place. When deputies stopped the 31-year-old man, they found he had a suspended driver’s license for failure to pay financial obligations.
1/7/2012	17:30 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman found out she had a counterfeit $20 when she went to buy some strawberries from a roadside vendor. The vendor refused to take the bill. The woman told deputies she had conducted a garage sale earlier in the day and sold a television to a man for $20 which is where she got the bill.
1/6/2012	15:40 p.m.	A South Carolina man was arrested for assault after his girlfriend called the Sheriff’s Office from a convenience store bathroom to report the man was threatening her. The victim told deputies that as they two were traveling on I-95, an argument ensued and the man pulled off at a convenience store on State Road 100. She told deputies the man had been driving recklessly and threw the car keys at her when she finally convinced him to pull off the interstate.
1/6/2012	21:53 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported someone entered an outdoor shed at his Clove Avenue home and several gardening tools were stolen. The victim told deputies he had been away from the house overnight and when he returned he discovered the shed door had been pried open. The incident is under investigation.
1/5/2012	17:21 p.m.	A 17-year-old Palm Coast girl reported her wallet was lost when she left it on the roof of her vehicle as she left her home. The teenager said the wallet contained her driver’s license and $72.
1/5/2012	21:59 p.m.	A 53-year-old Palm Coast woman reported two of her son’s friends stole her cell phone as she was driving them home to a house on Burning Wick Place. The woman said the two began arguing over money they claimed her son owed them. She stopped the vehicle and demanded they get out, but instead, one grabbed her cell phone. A struggle ensued and the 20-year-old and 19-year-old struck the woman on her face, before grabbing the phone and exiting the vehicle. Deputies arrested both men and charged them with strong armed robbery and petit theft.
1/4/2012	19:35 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported someone had fraudulently opened a cell phone account in his name in September. The resident said he made the discovery when he attempted to apply for a loan and found the $1,011 delinquent account on his credit report.

12/27/2011	03:37 a.m.	A 36-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested on charges of fleeing and eluding law enforcement officers, habitually driving with suspended driver’s license and possession of a suspended driver’s license after he was stopped on Coconut Boulevard in Daytona North. Deputies reported responding to a report of a reckless driver in the area of County 302. Deputies located the man as he made a turn onto County Road 305 without stopping for a flashing red light. The driver refused to stop for deputies until he lost control of his car and wound up in a ditch along the roadside.

Drawers in the master bedroom had been scattered on the floor and the homeowner reported jewelry was missing. The incident is under investigation.

The vehicle owner told deputies that the oil light began flashing on the vehicle as she drove her children to school. She took the car to a local dealer where the oil had been changed two weeks earlier and was told turpentine had been put inside the engine and a sock had been stuffed in the engine. The vandalism is believed to have occurred overnight while the vehicle was parked at the victim’s residence.

Deputies investigated and found that the front door of a nearby home was unlocked. The property owner was notified and arrived on scene to secure the house. 12/17/2011	19:38 p.m.	Two Palm Coast women were charged with shoplifting bracelets, earrings, t-shirts and a bottle of A-1 Steak Sauce. A loss prevention officer at Walmart in Palm Coast reported observing the women remove the purchased from the shelves and placing them inside one of the shoplifters’ purse. When deputies arrived, they additionally found marijuana inside the same purse. Both women were transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
12/16/2011	04:58 a.m.	A Palm Coast couple was charged with trespassing after warning when they attempted to shoplift a 20-pack of beer from Publix on Belle Terre Parkway. The loss prevention officer witnessed the two walking into the beer and alcohol department and placing the case into a shopping cart. The female walked out of the store with the cart while the male remained at the customer service counter.

12/14/2011	12:14 p.m.	Two Buddy Taylor Middle School students turned in an IPod they found on a lunch table to school officials. A quick check of the day’s reports showed another BTMS student had reported her IPod had been stolen earlier in the day. The student said she had left the IPod unsecured during PE class. It was determined that the two students who found the device did not have PE at that same time and would not have had access to the device. The IPod was returned to the owner.

The store manager told deputies she observed the woman conceal several grocery items under her purchase that was sitting in the basket. The woman entered a checkout line, but left the store without paying for the items.

Deputies reported entry to her home appeared to have been made through a rear mast bedroom window. The victim said the incident occurred sometime between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.

The owner said the vehicle was taken sometime between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. Deputies were notified a short time later that the stolen vehicle had been discovered by the Daytona Beach Police Department. The vehicle had been set afire and abandoned.

The couple said they had locked their vehicle after parking it on the southern portion of the parking lot. Deputies said the front passenger window had been busted out. The pastor told deputies that ten windows had been busted out of the car over the weekend. A small window on the eastside of the church was also found to have been busted out. A piece of asphalt was found on the floor inside the church.

The two boys were seen opening and concealing a toy and then selecting hunting knives which were also concealed. The homeowner said the vehicle was last seen around 3 a.m. The vehicle had been locked but the key was left in the front passenger seat, according to statements from the owner.

12/4/2011	20:30 p.m.	Deputies charged a 30-year-old Deland man with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana after Florida Wildlife Officers found his abandoned truck with a bag of marijuana on the front seat. The parked truck was discovered on County Road 304 in the area of Kings Hunt Club. The Deland man was issued a notice to appear on the charge.
12/3/2011	18:40 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported her two-year-old child was bitten by a Jack Russell, Terrier Mix on Prince Kaarel Lane. The woman said the dog’s handler gave the toddler permission to pet the animal and as she was petting it, the dog bit her on the forearm leaving small marks.

The man told deputies he had left the home for more than a month and when he returned, he discovered the theft. Deputies said there were multiple holes in the walls and beer cans scattered throughout the house.

11/20/2011	01:31 a.m.	A Palm Coast woman was charged with driving under the influence after deputies stopped her at 1:30 in the morning near the intersection of Palm Coast Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway. Deputies reported that the woman’s vehicle was unable to maintain a single lane and was becoming a hazard to traffic. The 50-year old driver was transported to the Flagler County Inmate facility.
11/20/2011	01:47 a.m.	A Palm Coast man who was visiting a home in West Flagler County reported his gun had been taken from the bed of his truck earlier in the evening. Deputies said the man had been part of a large gathering on County Road 80. The firearm will be entered in a national system as having been stolen.
11/19/2011	18:47 p.m.	A resident of West Flagler County reported her vehicle had been stolen while she was shopping at Target on State Road 100 in Palm Coast. While deputies were talking with the vehicle owner, they were notified that the vehicle had been located in a canal in the Daytona North area. The incident is under investigation.
11/19/2011	21:16 p.m.	A Crescent City man was charged with driving under the influence and DUI with property damage following a traffic crash on County Road 305. Deputies said when they arrived at the scene, the driver of the other vehicle reported the man had swerved out of his lane, into on-coming traffic, colliding with another vehicle. There were no serious injuries reported and the 65-year-old man was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
11/18/2011	03:30 a.m.	A Palm Coast man was charged with grand theft auto after he was involved in a traffic crash on Belle Terre Parkway near Pine Grove Drive. While deputies were investigating the early morning crash, the vehicle owner called to report her car had been stolen from her home on Clark Lane. The vehicle owner said she was not familiar with the 18-year-old driver.
11/18/2011	23:35 p.m.	Deputies were called to a disturbance at the Epic Theater in Palm Coast. Deputies reported that the disturbance began inside one theater when a juvenile reportedly was throwing ice at an adult who was also inside the theater. The two confronted each other after the movie and the argument became physical. Deputies reported neither female wished to pursue charges.
11/17/2011	13:35 p.m.	Deputies were called to a home on rippling Brook Drive in Palm Coast when the homeowner reported finding a one-year-girl wandering through his yard. Deputies canvassed the area and located the child’s father down the street. The father said he had fed the girl lunch and thought she was watching a movie. The father said he apparently fell asleep after working the overnight shift at a local restaurant. The incident was reported to the Division of Children and Families.
11/17/2011	18:24 p.m.	A Lake Worth resident was arrested for being a habitual traffic offender after a traffic stop on I-95. Deputies said the 29-year-old man was driving with a suspended driver’s and was listed as an habitual traffic offender.

11/15/2011	14:08 p.m.	A Palm Coast property controller reported a home on Presidential Lane had been burglarized. The controller told deputies that a bedroom window had been broken out of the home and that this was not the first time the property had incurred damage. The incident is believed to have occurred within the last three-weeks.
11/14/2011	08:13 a.m.	A Palm Coast man reported his wallet was stolen while he was shopping at a local supermarket. The man told deputies he left his wallet in the shopping cart with $350 cash clipped to it. He said he walked about 10-feet away from his cart and when he returned, he noticed it was gone. The incident is under investigation.
11/14/2011	20:56 p.m.	An argument between a Palm Coast couple became physical and ended up with a woman covered in beans and a man kicked out of the house. Deputies were called to a home on Plain View Drive where a woman told them she was arguing with the father of her children when he complained that she was on the phone with another man. The man reportedly swung at the woman, ripping her wig off. The woman then tried to fight him off and threw beans and meat at him. The man then kicked the pot out of her hand, causing the food to spill on her, deputies reported. The man was not on the scene when deputies arrived so no statement was taken from him. The woman was not seriously injured although deputies reported she was covered in beans and sauce.

11/9/2011	23:05 p.m.	A St. Augustine man was arrested for knowingly driving with a suspended driver’s license after the vehicle he was driving nearly struck a deputy’s patrol car. The deputy said he was traveling on Matanzas Woods Parkway when an oncoming car passed him, traveling halfway into his lane and nearly striking the patrol car head on. A check of the man’s license showed it was suspended once in 2010 and then again in June 2011.

11/8/2011	19;56 P.M.	A resident of Webb Place in Palm Coast reported his bicycle had been stolen from his garage. Deputies said the garage door had been left open while it was unoccupied. The value of the bike was estimated at $150.
11/7/2011	08:30 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported the theft of his vehicle tag while it was parked on Commerce Boulevard in Palm Coast. The victim told deputies he had left his parked car to go into work and when he returned several hours later, he discovered the tag was missing.
11/7/2011	18:08 p.m.	A 13-year-old Palm Coast boy was charged with shoplifting and battery after deputies said he attempted to steal a pair of sneakers and then threw them at the store manager. The manager told deputies that the juvenile put the shoes into his backpack and when he confronted him, the teenager threw the shoes and ran out the door, causing the door to strike the manager. Deputies charged the teen and he was trespassed from the shoe store on State Road 100.
11/6/2011	03:04 a.m.	A 22-year-old Palm Coat man was arrested for possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a disturbance at the Best Western hotel in Palm Coast. Deputies who responded to the room, found the man in the bathroom and recovered a multi-colored pipe on the night stand and a prescription bottle of marijuana inside the toilet water tank.

11/5/2011	21:01 p.m.	Two St. Johns County women were arrested and charged with shoplifting more than $300 worth of merchandise from Walmart in Palm Coast. The store’s loss prevention manager said he observed one woman selecting an energy package and placing it into her purse. The other woman reportedly took hair care products and left the store without paying for them. Deputies were able to locate the women in their rental car and they found additional stolen Walmart merchandise in the trunk. The value of the stolen items was estimated at $311.

The victim said he left his home on Coconut Boulevard around 6 a.m. and when he returned shortly before 5 p.m., he found his back door was wide open. The victim reported televisions and a laptop computer were missing.

The homeowner said he had been out of town for several months and when he returned, he found discovered a firearm and several fishing reels were missing from the home. 11/2/2011	09:59 a.m.	A Palm Coast property manager reported the theft of copper from a home on Ulysses Trail. The property manager said it appeared entry to the home was made through a rear sliding glass door. Deputies reported copper wiring had been removed from the attic.
11/1/2011	02:07 a.m.	Two Palm Coast residents were arrested early this morning following a disturbance on the parking lot of Steak n’Shake on Cypress Point Parkway. Deputies said the two 20-year-old men were fighting when one of them kicked a car door owned by a female who was at the restaurant. Both men were charged with disorderly conduct. One of them was additional charged with criminal mischief and violation of probation.
11/1/2011	20:52 p.m.	A Palm Coast couple reported a bicycle was stolen from their garage on Kaiser Place. Deputies reported that the three-car garage had been left open for about seven hours without the residents being present. The bicycle was described as a 26-inch ladies mountain bike.

The homeowner said she had been out of town and when she returned she noticed several plants from her backyard were missing. She had already clean up the dirt and rearranged the flower beds before contacting deputies.

The victim stated she left her purse hanging on a hook inside the restroom and when she realized her error, she went back to retrieve, but it was gone. She reported several prescription medications along with cash were inside the purse.

He told deputies when he went to register the mower with the manufacturer; he was contacted by the Georgia Bureau of Investigations who informed him the mower was stolen out of Georgia. The resident was directed to contact his local law enforcement agency. Deputies took possession of the stolen item.

The homeowner said he left from work around 6 a.m. and when he returned at midnight, he found the front door standing open. Nothing was reported missing. The victim said his burglar alarm may scared off the intruders.
10/24/2011	19:01 p.m.	Deputies were called to a home on Berrybush Street in Daytona North after receiving a complaint of two horses being possibly malnourished. The owner said he had recently acquired the horses and was trying to get them back to a healthy state. Deputies inspected the food bins and noted that barrels of water had been placed out for the animals. The owner said he would be having both horses checked out by a veterinarian and report the results back to the deputies.

Deputies said the woman concealed hair products totaling $71 and then left the store without paying.

The resident said he was sleeping on a living room couch when he heard noises from the bedroom. When he went to investigate, he said he saw a man wearing a black t-shirt exiting through the window.

10/19/2011	03:27 a.m.	A 45-year-old Palm Coast man reported his vehicle had been stolen, but he wasn’t sure where he left it. The man told deputies he had blacked out over the weekend. He remembered driving to the hospital, but he remembered little else afterward. Deputies checked the hospital parking lot, but did not locate the vehicle.
10/19/2011	16:40 p.m.	A resident of Rye Crest Lane in Palm Coast reported someone attempted to break into his home sometime between 9:30 a.m. and noon. The homeowner said he found several pry marks on the rear sliding glass door, but it appeared as if entry was made into the home.
10/18/2011	09:42 a.m.	Multiple vehicle break ins were reported in the area of Burroughs Drive overnight. Residents living on Burma Place, Burland Place and Buttermill Drive reported items taken from their vehicles. Deputies reported the vehicles had been parked and left unlocked on the driveways.

10/17/2011	09:10 a.m.	A resident of Laurel Avenue in Daytona North reported his lawn trailer was stolen from his front yard. The victim said he last saw the trailer Saturday morning. It is described as a 16-foot dual axle enclosed trailer with a rear ramp door and a side door.

The green convertible was reported stolen out of Volusia County and the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the vehicle’s recovery. A two truck removed the abandoned car.

The driver of one of the vehicle was given several field sobriety tests which he failed. He was transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.

10/15/2011	00:41 a.m.	A resident of Grand Haven reported a speed measuring device that had been placed on Waterside Parkway and Birdie Lane had been removed. A GPS tracking unit placed the device somewhere along East Highway 100, but deputies were unable to locate it.

The 15-year-old told deputies he had ridden with a friend up to the fast food restaurant and left his bicycle next to the outdoor bike rack. When he returned about five minutes later, his bicycle, valued at $130, was gone.

The realtor told deputies that it appeared someone had cut the back screen door and entered through a rear sliding door. Copper wiring was reported taken from the attic and the interior air conditioning unit.

The woman told deputies that one man was walking around her home and she had asked him to stay in the main room. She noticed the missing items after the two had left.

The 73-year-old victim told deputies that the computer company advised him to contact law enforcement officials since someone had accessed his financial information.

The resident told deputies that she was renting a car while her vehicle was being repaired. She parked the rental in her drive overnight and when she came out this morning, the vehicle was gone. The resident said she did not remember if she had locked the car and taken the keys, but the keys were no longer in her possessio

October 9, 2011	16:56 p.m.	Deputies reported finding the front door open on a vacant home located on Sedan Place. Deputies reported all the kitchen appliances were missing from the bank-owned home. Bank representatives were notified of the apparent burglary.

Deputies were called to Palm Harbor Parkway and Fenimore Lane in Palm Coast after two moms began to argue. One mom confronted the other about her son calling people names on the bus, including her son. One mom said the woman appeared to be reaching for her son so she grabbed her arm. Neither woman wished to pursue charges.

The victim told deputies that while he was at his son’s football practice, someone removed the set from his parked pickup truck. A neighbor said he observed a man stop at the house, get out of his truck and place the gym set into his vehicle before driving away. The incident is under investigation.

October 5, 2011	15:54 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported her license plate on her car was missing. The victim told deputies she was not certain when the plate was removed, but she was certain the incident occurred while it was parked at her home on London Drive.
October 4, 2011	17:29 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported finding pry marks on the front and back door of her residence. The victim told deputies she had been gone from the home for about three hours. When she returned, she discovered the marks. The incident is under investigation.
October 4, 2011	18:12 p.m.	A resident of Espanola Road in West Flagler County reported his home was broken into and a gun, along with a computer, was missing. The victim told deputies he had recently been hospitalized and he discovered the theft when he returned home.
October 3, 2011	15:45 p.m.	A Rylin Lane resident reported an attempted burglary to her Palm Coast home. The victim told deputies a rear entry door had been pried open, but no entry was made to the home. The incident occurred while the resident was at work, deputies said.
October 3, 2011	20:00 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported a television, jewelry and a gaming system were stolen from their Cole Court home in the past week. The residents said former tenants in the home may be responsible for the thefts. The incident is under investigation.
October 2, 2011	09:21 a.m.	A Fleetwood Drive resident reported the sides of his vehicle had been scratched, possibly using a key, while it was parked at his Palm Coast home. The victim reported having problems with a neighbor, but there were no witnesses to the incident.
October 2, 2011	15:26 p.m.	A Georgia resident who was visiting the beach reported her vehicle was broken into while it was parked at a county park on North Oceanshore Boulevard. Deputies reported the driver’s side window had been busted out. The victim said a purse and cash were stolen.
October 1, 2011	14:26 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his BMW emblem had been stolen from the hood of his vehicle while it was parked on Riverbend Street South. The incident is believed to have occurred overnight.
October 1, 2011	22:46 p.m.	An employee of Epic Theaters reported her vehicle had been vandalized and broken into while it was parked on Central Avenue. Deputies said the front passenger side window of the vehicle had been busted out. The victim reported a purse and keys were stolen in the incident
September 30, 2011	17:29 p.m.	A Pineash Lane resident reported her Palm Coast home had been broken into, but nothing was missing. The woman said she had just moved out of the home so it was empty. Deputies said the rear sliding glass door appeared to have been pried open. The incident is believed to have occurred within the last two days.
September 30, 2011	20:21 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported several items had been stolen from her property on Evergreen Avenue within the last three days. The victim said an air compressor was taken from the front yard and a saw along with a welder and miscellaneous equipment had been taken from the back yard. Deputies said the backdoor of the home was found open with pry marks around the dead bolt lock. Nothing was report missing from inside the home.
September 29, 2011	08:58 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported someone had made a charge of $275 to her bank account. The victim said the purchase was made from Buck Wholesale and delivered to another address in Palm Coast. Deputies were unable to locate the suspect.
September 29, 2011	18:15 p.m.	A manager at Taco Bell in Palm Coast reported a “Smiley Face” trophy was stolen off the front counter. The manager said two teenage girls who appeared intoxicated grabbed the trophy and left the store on foot heading west. There was no value placed on the trophy.
September 28, 2011	18:30 p.m.	While patrolling the area of Pineapple Drive in Palm Coast, deputies discovered a vacant house had been burglarized. Copper wiring was taken from the attic and circuit breaker, according to the report. Deputies said forced entry had been made through the rear sliding door.
september 28, 2011	21:33 p.m.	A resident of Louisville Drive in Palm Coast reported his home had been entered and several pieces of jewelry were stolen. The victim told deputies he left the house around 6:30 p.m. and when he returned about three hours later, he discovered the theft. Deputies found no forced entry and the victim said he may have left the front door unlocked.
September 27, 2011	11:40 a.m.	A resident of Lynbrook Lane in Palm Coast reported her vehicle had been entered overnight. The victim told deputies the vehicle had been left unlocked. A collection of CDs and a GPS were reported stolen.
September 26, 2011	9:26 a.m.	A Canopy Walk property owner reported a television was stolen from his unit on Canopy Walk Lane. The victim said he resides part-time in the unit and when he left in June, he had placed his television in the master bedroom while the unit was being painted. When he returned, he discovered the door to the bedroom had been kicked open and the television was gone.
September 26, 2011	11:11 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident discovered his vehicle tag had been stolen when deputies arrived at his home on Colchester Place. Deputies informed the man that the tag was recovered on a stolen car found in Flagler Beach. The tag owner said he last recalled seeing the tag when he put in on the vehicle a year ago.
September 25, 2011	21:05 p.m.	A Pineapple Drive resident reported their home had been broken into while they had been out of town. Deputies said a lock on the back sliding glass door had been broken. The victim also found a hole in the ceiling in the master bedroom that deputies said was consistent with a foot coming through the ceiling if someone had been walking in the attic. The victim was going to inventory the home to determine if anything was missing
September 25, 2011	22:17 p.m.	A Pittsburgh Steelers fan or maybe a fan of the opposing team apparently swiped a 7-foot tall Steelers inflatable football player from outside McCharacters Pub in the St. Joe Plaza on Palm Coast Parkway. The manager said he discovered the inflatable player, valued at $90, was missing around 10 p.m.
September 24, 2011	09:24 a.m.	A resident of Daytona North reported his son’s home air conditioning unit had been removed from his home on Clove Avenue. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between Sept 17 and Sept. 24.
September 24, 2011	10:16 a.m.	A resident of Avocado Boulevard in Daytona North reported his detached garage had been entered and numerous stolen power tools were missing. Deputies said a portion of the metal garage had been disassembled in order to access the tools. The incident is under investigation.
September 23, 2011	14:30 p.m.	A West Flagler County resident reported a set of motorcycle bags had been stolen from an area near her mailbox. The victim told deputies she had packaged the bags for mailing and left them under her mailbox for pickup by her mail carrier. The mail carrier later notified her that the box was not there and had not been picked up. The victim said her trash carrier also reported that no box had been picked up at her residence. The bags were valued at $164.
September 23, 2011	17:05 p.m.	The mother of a Flagler Palm Coast High School student reported her son’s cellphone had been stolen at the school. The mother said the phone was taken from the boy’s bathroom on the bottom floor of the building
September 22, 2011	11:04 a.m.	A Palm Coast man who was shopping at St. Joe Plaza in Palm Coast found his vehicle was stolen while he was away. A witness said a man was walking around the parking lot, looked into the vehicle, then got in and drove away. A witness tried to follow the stolen vehicle but lost sight of it on Palm Coast Parkway.
September 22, 2011	12:24 p.m.	A resident of West Flagler County reported that tag on her vehicle had been stolen. Deputies said it appeared as though someone tried to tear the tag off, causing damage to the tag.
September 21, 2011	10:30 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported being notified by the Internal Revenue Service that she had filed two tax returns for 2010. The IRS told the woman that her Social Security number had been fraudulently used. Deputies advised the woman to check her credit report to see if any other fraudulent activity had taken place.
September 20, 2011	00:28 a.m.	A New Smyrna Beach man was arrested for prowling after deputies found in crouched behind a dumpster on the Wendy’s parking lot on Old Kings Road. An employee of the restaurant told deputies the man had followed her through the parking lot as she attempted to walk away from him.
September 20, 2011	19:02 p.m.	A Palm Coast man was arrested for theft after a Coral Reef Court resident reported seeing him remove mail from her roadside mailbox. Deputies reported the man failed several field sobriety tests and was additionally charged with driving under the influence.
September 19, 2011	00:08	A Daytona North resident reported her car was entered while it was parked at a party on Hazelnut Street. A ring and a GPS were taken from the unlocked vehicle.
September 19, 2011	11:27 a.m.	A Daytona North resident reported that while she was on vacation, someone broke into her home on Evergreen Avenue and removed three air conditioning units. Also taken were fishing supplies, tires and tools. Deputies reported pry marks were found on the locks of the front and rear doors.
September 18, 2011	14:24 p.m.	Visitors to the beach at Varn Park on North Oceanshore Boulevard reported their vehicle had been broken into and a purse was stolen. The victim said a front window had been smashed out. The items stolen had an estimated value of $250.
September 18, 2011	23:47 p.m.	A home on Pine Cedar Drive was reported by neighbors to have been burglarized. Deputies said a broken bedroom window and the rear sliding glass door were open. The owners were out of town and will be conducting an inventory of the home to determine if any items are missing.
September 17, 2011	18:27 p.m.	A resident of Pine Cone Trail in Orland Beach reported a washer and dryer were stolen. The victim told deputies she had been moving from a home on East Diamond Drive where the appliances were last seen. She left the home for about two hours and when she returned, she found the washer and dryer were gone from the garage.
September 17, 2011	22:00 p.m.	A loss prevention employee with Walmart on Cypress Point Parkway reported a 29-year-oldman had attempted to shoplift several items. The man reportedly took body wash, coffee, toilet tissue and hair care products valued at $53.90. The man then returned to the store with a fraudulent receipt and received a cash refund for other items. He was charged with shoplifting and use of a fraudulently obtained receipt.
September 16, 2011	09:02 a.m.	An employee of the Flagler Animal Shelter reported that tag on the shelter’s truck had been stolen. The employee was unsure as to when the tag may have been stolen.
September 16, 2011	09:27 a.m.	A Sentry Oak Place resident in Palm Coast reported leaving for work at 8 a.m. and returning home to find her garage door open. The victim told deputies that clothes and jewelry valued at $600 were missing. Pry marks were found on an outside bath door, according to deputies.
September 15, 2011	03:52 a.m.	A Palm Coast couple reported their vehicle had been entered and $1,500 worth of hair cutting equipment had been stolen. The vehicle owner reported parking his vehicle in the grass median in front of his residence overnight. The vehicle had been left unlocked.
September 15, 2011	15:17 p.m.	A resident of Braddock Lane in Palm Coast reported the theft of his flatbed trailer. The victim said he had parked the trailer on Presidential Lane on Wednesday and when he returned Thursday, it was gone. The trailer did not have tag attached to it, but the owner was able to provide the vehicle registration.
September 14, 2011	17:36 p.m.	Deputies responded to Kohl’s Department Store on Palm Coast Parkway where the loss prevention manager reported a shoplifter. The manager said the 52-year-old woman was observed removing the packaging from earrings and a ring before putting the jewelry on and leaving the store. The value of the stolen items was estimated at $30. The woman was issued a notice to appear in court.
September 14, 2011	17:59 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported a bicycle had been stolen from her home on Barkley Lane. The victim told deputies someone entered her open garage and stole the bike that was valued at $150.
September 13, 2011	19:41 p.m.	Deputies reported a Palm Coast man had his truck stolen from the parking lot of Lowe’s in Palm Coast. The thieves apparently left him a truck in return. Deputies said the thieves left behind a silver truck that was stolen out of Volusia County earlier in the day.
September 13, 2011	21:09 p.m.	A 43-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for trespassing at Coquina Lanes Bowling Alley in Palm Coast. The manager told deputies that the man previously had been issued a trespass warning on Aug. 8. The man told deputies he was there attending a bachelor’s party.
September 12, 2011	11:44 a.m.	A resident of West Flagler County reported a mobile home and two trailers had been broken into at his nursery on Bimini Lane. The victim said hinges were torn off the trailer door. An inventory was being conducted to determine if any items were stolen.
September 12, 2011	20:55 p.m.	A City of Palm Coast Public Works employee reported a dumpster in James Holland Park had been tipped over, causing trash to be spread throughout the park. The employee estimated the incident may have occurred sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
September 11, 2011	22:49 p.m.	A dispute between a couple turned physical when the boyfriend struck his girlfriend in the right eye. Deputies said the couple was sitting on a bench in a shopping plaza on Palm Coast Parkway. The 32-year-old victim said her 27-year-old boyfriend became angry when he wanted to leave and she did not want to go with him. Deputies charged the boyfriend with battery.
September 10, 2011	14:54 p.m.	A resident of Slipper Trail in Palm Coast reported his vehicle had been entered and a GPS was missing. The victim said he walked out of his home this evening and noticed a car door was open.
September 10, 2011	20:57 p.m.	A 30-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after deputies found him slumped over his steering wheel in the parking lot of a convenience store on Palm Harbor Parkway. Deputies said the vehicle was parked with the motor running. The man failed several field sobriety tests.
September 9, 2011	08:30 a.m.	The caretaker for the Espanola Cemetery Association reported a section of chain link fence was removed around the cemetery on County Road 205. The theft is believed to have occurred sometime between Tuesday and today.
September 9, 2011	14:59 p.m.	A Palm Coast homeowner reported her home on Ryland Place had been entered and several electronic gaming systems were missing. The victim said she found a master bedroom window open. There was no sign of forced entry into the home.
September 8, 2011	06:59 a.m.	A resident of Rae Drive in Palm Coast reported his vehicle had been enter and a stereo system was removed. The victim said he had locked his doors overnight and discovered the passenger side door was open this morning. Deputies said there was no sign of forced entry. The incident is under investigation.
September 8, 2011	14:47 p.m.	A 22-year-old Palm Coast man is facing charges of burglary, petit theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools in connection with a burglary of a home on Wood Cedar Drive. Deputies said the victim reported her home had been enter and jewelry, money and tools were stolen. Deputies received a description of a suspicious man in the area and stopped out with the man who was found to be in possession of the stolen items.
September 7, 2011	07:30 a.m.	A West Flagler County resident reported his well pump, tank and wiring were removed from his well water system on Hickory Street. The victim estimated the total loss at $765.
September 7, 2011	20:24 p.m.	A West Flagler County resident reported a metal pipe and a latch to a fence had been removed at the Hidden Trails Community Park on Mahogany Boulevard. The hinges on the entrance door also had several bolts removed.
September 6, 2011	00:46 a.m.	An 18-year-old Palm Coast teen was arrested for abuse of 911, possession of marijuana under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies responded to the teenager’s home on Burnley Place after receiving a call of a possible overdose. The teen told deputies she called because she thought her sister had overdosed on cough medicine. Deputies said the sister was asleep in another room. The teenager told deputies she had been drinking cold medicine and beer. Deputies found empty beer cans and marijuana on her bedroom floor.
September 6, 2011	17:38 a.m.	A Palm Coast realtor reported a home on Prince Michael Lane had been burglarized. The property manager said all of the main power lines, which are made of copper, had been removed from the home. Estimated damage to the home was placed at $5,000.
September 5, 2011	02:53 a.m.	A 29-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for driving under the influence after deputies found him sitting on a grass shoulder at the corner of Belle Terre Parkway and Palm Coast Parkway. Deputies responded to a report of a scooter crash. When they arrived at the scene, the man got up and attempted to drive the scooter away. Deputies said the intoxicated cyclist dropped the bike before he could ride away.
September 5, 2011	17:44 p.m.	Two Palm Coast teenagers were charged with shoplifting from the Walmart Supercenter on Cypress Point Parkway. The loss prevention manager said the teenagers attempted to leave the store with a pair of shoes and miscellaneous makeup products without paying. Both girls were also issued trespass warnings.
September 4, 2011	18:43 p.m.	Two Palm Coast women were charged with shoplifting after the loss prevention manager observed them take several items off the shelves in the health aid area of the Walmart Supercenter on Cypress Point Parkway. The manager said the women attempted to conceal the items in their purses while they walked out of the store

September 2, 2011	17:31 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported her home on Woodshaw Lane had been broken into and several pieces of jewelry were stolen. Deputies said it appeared that the front door had been repeatedly kicked until entry was made to the home. The incident is under investigation.

September 1, 2011	22:18 p.m.	A camper in Beverly Beach reported two bicycles were stolen from his campsite on North Oceanshore Boulevard. The victim told deputies that he left the two bikes unlocked and leaning against a picnic table. When he returned about two hours later, they were gone.
August 31, 2011	12:39 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported receiving obscene messages and photos from a man on her cell phone from a Daytona Beach telephone number. Deputies contacted the man who said he obtained the number off the Internet and mistakenly thought he was sending the pictures to a female that was paying to see them. He said he would remove her number from his “list”.

The manager said Bond selected the decorative ring, removed the tag and then put the ring in his pocket. Deputies issued him a notice to appear for shoplifting

Deputies reported the burglars entered the attic of the home and removed about 10-feet of electric wire and the electrical panel. The air conditioning electrical wire was also removed
August 30, 2011	22:10 p.m.	A resident of County Road 305 in West Flagler County reported an attempt had been made to burglarize his home. The homeowner said he had been away from the house for about eight hours. When he arrived home and as he walked into his house, he discovered broken glass from his back door window. There was nothing reported missing.

August 29, 2011	23:57 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported her cell phone had been stolen from her as she sat in her vehicle on the Walmart parking lot on Cypress Point Parkway. The woman told deputies a man approached her vehicle, punched in the head, taking her phone, and then fled toward the Steak and Shake parking lot. Deputies were unable to locate a suspect.
August 28, 2011	15:27 p.m.	Sheriff’s deputies recovered a vehicle reported stolen out of Bunnell. The vehicle was found in a wood lien area of Elder Street near Clove Avenue in Daytona North. The owner was notified and responded to the scene to take possession of the vehicle.
August 28, 2011	15:27 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his home on Rainstone Lane had been burglarized and several guns were missing. The victim said he left his residence about 11:30 a.m. When he returned at 3:20 p.m., he found a bedroom window broken on the southside of the residence. The incident is under investigation.

The woman told deputies that the tag on the offending vehicle is a tag that had been stolen from her boat trailer. She was not the driver and she wanted to report the stolen tag

August 23, 2011	14:37 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported her cell phone had been stolen from the Winn Dixie store on Palm Coast Parkway. The victim told deputies she left the phone on a gum ball machine inside the store and when she went to retrieve it, it was gone.
August 23, 2011	15:51 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported she paid $800 for two IPads in response to an ad on Craig’s List. The woman said she never received them and when she contacted the poster out of New Jersey, he advised her that his employee accidently sent her 12 IPads which were now being store in a Florida warehouse. He said he would need $3,000 to send her all 12 IPads and he refused to refund her money for the two she originally ordered.
August 22, 2011	08:01 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his home on Blare Drive had been entered overnight and a 42 inch flat screen had been stolen. Deputies said the front door to the home had been left unlocked and the victim had a suspect in the incident.
August 22, 2011	17:07 p.m.	A 35-year-old Palm Coast woman was arrested for disorderly intoxication after she began shouting at deputies in the parking lot of Houligans in Palm Coast. Deputies were called to the scene after restaurant employees stopped the woman from getting into her vehicle to drive away. She became irritated with deputies and shouted at them to take her home.

August 19, 2011	22:21 p.m.	A 32-year-old Palm Coast man was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving with a suspended driver’s license following a traffic stop at the intersection of Royal Palms Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway. Deputies said the traffic stop was made because the man was driving a vehicle with an expired tag.

The victim said several people had been coming and going at his home overnight and he was unsure when the theft occurred. Deputies found no sign of forced entry.

August 17, 2011	11:18 a.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported receiving a scam telephone call from a man who claimed to be her grandson. He told her had been arrested in Spain and needed $2,000 to be wired to a police sergeant in Barcelona. When the telephone call ended, the woman contacted her grandson’s wife and found out it was at work in New York.

August 16, 2011	21:36 p.m.	Deputies responded to a house fire on Florida Avenue in Daytona North. Deputies said the vacant home was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. The homeowner resides in West Virginia and was notified of the incident. The fire marshal was contacted.
August 15, 2011	13:39 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident turned in a bicycle he found in a wooded lot on Port Royal Drive. The bike had been there several days, according to the resident.

August 14, 2011	14:19 p.m.	A Palm Coast couple who had been vacationing out of town returned to their home on Blairton Court to find jewelry was missing. The couple reported several chains, pendants and earrings were gone. Deputies said there was no sign of forced entry to the home.
August 14, 2011	15:30 p.m.	A 20 year old Palm Coast woman was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart on Cypress Point Parkway. The loss prevention manager said the woman concealed a box of flea treatments and a can of bug spray before leaving the store without paying for the items.
August 13, 2011	15:38 p.m.	A Bunnell resident report the motor from his boat had been removed while it was moored at a Palm Coast marina. The owner said he had last seen the motor the previous weekend.
August 13, 2011	17:56 p.m.	A Flagler Beach resident reported someone attempted to climb through her daughter’s bedroom window on North Ocean Shore Drive. Deputies attempted to locate a suspect using a K-9 unit, but were unsuccessful.
August 12, 2011	12:12 p.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported her ex-husband apparently attempted to add his name to one of her credit cards. The victim told deputies the card provider had changed the accounts to remove his name, but she was concerned about identity theft so she reported the incident.
August 12, 2011	16:06 p.m.	Deputies recovered a stolen vehicle on Regent Lane in Palm Coast after a resident reported the vehicle had been parked in the woodline for several days. Deputies reported the vehicle is owned by Etnerprise Car Rental and was stolen out of New York.
August 11, 2011	10:11 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his trailer had been entered and batteries and a jack were missing. The victim said he had last checked on the trailer about a month ago. Deputies reported the locks on the trailer doors were removed.
August 11, 2011	19:05 p.m.	A Wadsworth Elementary teacher reported her car had been vandalized while it was parked at the school on Belle Terre Parkway. She told deputies someone had scratched the back quarter panel of the vehicle. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m.
August 10, 2011	11:45 a.m.	A manager at Daytona State College in Palm Coast reported four laptops had been stolen. The manager was unable to determine an exact date but estimated the thefts occurred sometime after April 29, 2011.
August 10, 2011	19:49 p.m.	A resident of Butternut Drive in Palm Coast reported his van had been vandalized while he was on vacation. The victim told deputies he left the vehicle parked in his drive and when he returned he noticed someone had put several scratches in the paint work.
August 9, 2011	08:06 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported two rings and a necklace were missing from her home on Westrose Place. The victim told deputies that her grandson had some friends over and one of them may have taken the items. The incident is under investigation.
August 9, 2011	13:53 p.m.	A Wheatfield Drive resident reported finding a boys BMX bike in the road between two homes. Deputies reported the multi-colored spray painted bike was in poor condition. The bike was turned into the substation for safe keeping.
August 8, 2011	12:48 p.m.	A Palm Coast realtor reported a washer and dryer were missing from a rental home on Seathorn Path. The realtor said the house also had been vandalize and the walls had been drawn on. There was no damage estimate.

The victim reported a knife, loose change and a GPS were taken in the incident. Deputies reported there was no sign of forced entry and the victim did not recall if he had locked the doors when he parked the vehicle.

Augusut 4, 2011	11:06 a.m.	A Palm Coast house painter responded to a Craig’s List ad seeking a painter. A man told the victim that he needed an apartment painted in Palm Coast. He sent the victim a check for $2,750 and told the victim to take out the cost of the paint job and send the remaining balance to him. The painter followed the instructions, taking $600 and sending the remainder to a Virginia address. The victim’s bank notified him that the check had bounced. The victim said he has been unable to make contact with the originator of the check.

July 29, 2011	14:13 p.m.	A resident of Pamela Parkway in Palm Coast reported fishing rods and reels had been removed his garage within the last 10 days. The victim said he had been out of town and when he returned he discovered the theft. The homeowner said he had air conditioning repairmen at his home while he was away and they may have left the garage open when they were working.
July 28, 2011	17:31 p.m.	Deputies reported a bicycle was stolen from the garage of a home on Roxanne Place. A neighbor said he watched three juveniles exit the garage of the victim’s home. The neighbor said the juveniles had two bicycles with them. One was recovered from the wooded area near the scene.

The victim told deputies they left the home around 11:30 a.m. and when they returned around 9 p.m., they found a gaming system and jewelry missing. Deputies reported entry to the home appeared to have been made by prying up a bathroom window.
July 27, 2011	00:28	A 46-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for disorderly intoxication after deputies found him lying on the front door step of his neighbor’s home. Deputies said the man had attempted to enter his neighbor’s vehicle and when that failed, he attempted to enter the home. The man was bruised and bleeding, but he refused to talk with deputies.

The victim said she left her home around 5 a.m. and when she returned at 2:30 p.m., she discovered her back door had been forced open. Deputies said some $5,000 worth of items were taken from the home on County Road 90.
July 25, 2011	15:48 p.m.	Three Palm Coast residents were charged with possession of amphetamines after a traffic stop on Belle Terre Parkway. The driver and two of the passengers were found to be in possession of narcotic drugs without a prescription.

In order to collect her winnings, she was told she needed to pay $199. The scammer told the woman he would send her a check for $1,200 which she should cash and then wire to a South Carolina location. The woman refused and contacted Sheriff’s deputies regarding this fraud
July 23, 2011	10:54 a.m.	A 28-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for habitually driving with a suspended license. The man was stopped by deputies for failure to wear a safety restraint device. When deputies checked his license, they found the suspension.

The victim told deputies she was in the process of moving out of the home and had last seen the bike on July 16. Deputies said there was a cut near the rear screen door handle where entry appeared to have been made.
July 22, 2011	1:58 p.m.	A resident of Randall Place in Palm Coast reported a leaf blower and bicycle had been stolen from her garage. The resident said the bicycle, valued at $150 had been used earlier in the week.
July 20, 2011	08:45 a.m.	A resident of Lancelot Drive reported her vehicle had been entered overnight and $3,000 in cash and some jewelry were stolen. The victim told deputies she left the vehicle unlocked overnight.
July 20	20:15 p.m.	A 49-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for disorderly intoxication after he interrupted a deputy during a traffic stop on Belle Terre Parkway. Deputies responded to a local grocery store on Belle Terre in response to a complaint of a man yelling at a woman in the parking lot. The vehicle was located minutes later on Palm Coast Parkway. While deputies were speaking to the driver and searching the vehicle, the man became irritated, demanding to leave. He then dropped his pants, exposing his private area and told deputies he didn’t have anything and he wanted to leave. After deputies had the man dress, he was charged with disorderly intoxication. The driver and another passenger were allowed to leave the scene.

In all four instances, residents reported that a window of their vehicle had been smashed out. The man, who was married just hours before at the hotel, was taken into custody after he cursed and yelled at deputies who responded to the scene.

The deputy reported the man’s vehicle crossed over the center line three times before being stopped. He additionally failed the field sobriety tests.
July 14, 2011	10:23 a.m.	A 44-year-old Palm Coast man was charged with petite theft, criminal mischief and trespassing after witnesses said he removed a skylight from a home on Westbury Lane. Deputies said the skylight was recovered from the man’s home.
July 13, 2011	17:31 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported her home on Mahogany Boulevard was broken into and several items were removed. The victim said someone had pried open her back door sometime between 2:30 and 5:30 p.m. The items taken included two book readers.

July 11, 2011	21:41 p.m.	A restaurant worker reported his bike was stolen from outside the restaurant on Boulder Rock Drive. The victim told deputies that he had locked his bicycle to a metal tank around 5 p.m. When he returned at 9:30 p.m., the bike was gone.
July 22, 2011	22:16 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported someone had attempted to enter his Pin Oak Drive home. The victim said he was in bed when he heard a beeping sound from his alarm alerting that there was an open door. The victim found a man inside his home who fled the scene. The victim was able to give deputies the name of the intruder. The 42-year-old burglar was located and arrested in Bunnell.
July 10, 2011	00:47 a.m.	A 46-year-old Palm Coast woman was arrested for driving under the influence after deputies observed her speeding on East State Road 100. Deputies said the woman’s vehicle also swerved several times over the center line and she failed several field sobriety tests.
July 10, 2011	09:43 a.m.	A Daytona Beach man was arrested for grand theft after deputies said he stole a motorized bicycle from a home on East Moody Boulevard. The victim told deputies he had left the bike in front of his home while making repairs. He left for about 15 minutes and when he came back the bike was gone. Deputies found the Daytona Beach man with the bike later in the day on Church Street.
July 9, 2011	10:49 a.m.	A Brunswick Lane property owner reported the air conditioning unit on her vacant home had been stolen. The victim said the Palm Coast home is in foreclosure, but she had been checking the house periodically when she made the discovery.

The property controller said the home was vacant and she was unsure how long the home had been unoccupied. The thieves took a dishwasher, kitchen sink, stove and a master bathroom toilet.
July 8, 2011	12:24 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported the front windows of her Rolling Sands Drive home had been cracked. Deputies said there was a small hole in one window and a BB pellet was found inside the window screen.
July 8, 2011	16:57 p.m.	A clerk at a Palm Coast convenience store reported the theft of a $500 money card. The clerk said two women entered the store on Cypress Point Parkway. One of them asked to purchase two money cards and while the clerk was activating the last one, the woman took the other active card and fled the store.

The victim said he found his dog locked in the master bedroom. Deputies said entry to the home was made by breaking a rear sliding glass. The incident is under investigation

The victim told deputies that she left the house at 7 a.m. and when she returned at 6 p.m., she found multiple cabinets and drawers opened. Deputies said several jewelry boxes had been opened and emptied. A side exterior door had pry marks which may have been how the burglars entered the home.
July 6, 2011	14:53 p.m.	A property owner at European Village reported his former tenants stole two television sets when they moved out earlier this month. Deputies said the two televisions had been pawned in Volusia County. The incident is under investigation.
July 6, 2011	21:15 p.m.	A 41-year-old man was arrested for assault following a disturbance at a home on White Deer Lane in Palm Coast. Deputies said when they responded to the home, the man, who was heavily intoxicated was inside his garage, yelling and screaming. Witnesses said the man threatened to shoot his family and threw a chair at his daughter.

Deputies said the man and woman admitted to fighting and as a result, one was pushed into vanity, knocking off a beer bottle that struck their 19-month-old son on the head. The man and woman were each charged with battery. The child was turned over to his grandfather.

One man stated that he was approached by his opponent in an aggressive manner and pushed him away. The other man retaliated by striking the opponent in the face with a fist. June 26, 2011	15:57 p.m.	A resident of Round Mill Lane in Palm Coast reported a bicycle was stolen from her garage. The victim said she had left her garage door opened for about 30 minutes before discovering the bike was gone.
June 25, 2011	10:11 a.m.	A resident of Creek Bluff Run in Flagler beach reported his unlocked vehicle had been entered and lottery tickets, tools, radio and a GPS were stolen. The incident is believed to have occurred overnight.
June 25, 2011	14:36 p.m.	Deputies were called to a fire at a home on Zoeller Court which may have been intentionally started. Firefighters responded to the scene and it was determined the fire had started when papers and books were lit on top of the stove. The incident is under investigation.
June 24, 2011	05:46 a.m.	A Forest Grove Drive resident reported two solar lawn lights had been stolen from the yard of his Palm Coast home. The victim said he found two other lights broken on the mat near his front door. Deputies said the victim was unsure who may have committed the theft and criminal mischief.
June 24, 2011	10:07 a.m.	A Palm Coast woman reported a mountain bike was stolen from her open garage on Ryecliffe Drive. June 23, 2011	17:45 p.m.	A West Flagler County resident reported his home on County Road 305 had been burglarized sometime between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. The victim said cash was removed from the home. Deputies said there were fresh pry marks on the front door.
June 23, 2011	19:30 p.m.	Three Palm Coast residents reported their vehicles were burglarized while they were parked on Old Kings Road north in Palm Coast. The victims said windows were smashed out of the vehicles and their purses were removed.
June 22, 2011	9 a.m.	Several campers at the Holiday Travel Park on Old Diie Highway were burglarized overnight. A caretaker reported that nine travel trailers and one residence at the park had been entered and a variety of items were stolen. The incident is under investigation.
June 22, 2011	12:04 p.m.	A 29 year old Palm Coast woman reported her driver’s license and debit card were stolen from her purse while she was at the bowling alley on Old Kings Road North. The victim told deputies that sometime between 8 and 10 p.m., someone removed the item from her purse while she was in the game room with her children.
June 21, 2011	14:09 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported his radio system was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked on RoxburyLane. The victim said he was cutting a lawn and left his windows on his truck down while he worked.
June 21, 2011	15:32 p.m.	A 31-year-old Palm Coast man was charged with grand theft, burglary and fleeing and eluding after deputies found him inside his vehicle on the drive of a vacant home. Deputies said the man fled the scene when deputies approached.
June 20, 2011	14:42 p.m.	A resident of Reinhardt Lane in Palm Coast reported her wallet was stolen while she at work at a local grocery store. The victim said she had placed her purse into a locker, but failed to secure the locker
June 20, 2011	15:30 p.m.	A Ziegfeld Place resident reported a Palm Coast home had been entered while the owner was away. Deputies reported entry to the home appeared to have been made through a smashed out rear window.
June 19, 2011	04:44 a.m.	A 19-year-old Palm Coast resident was arrested for driving under the influence after deputies observed her driving recklessly on Palm Coast Parkway.
June 19, 2011	10:28 a.m.	A resident on County Road 90 reported scrap metal had been removed from the property located in West Flagler County. Value of the scrap metal was estimated at $100.
June 18, 2011	13:14 p.m.	A Daytona North resident reported her home had been entered and cash was missing. The victim told deputies she did not lock the front door to her home because she didn’t have a key.
June18, 2011	22:51 p.m.	A DeBary resident reported his vehicle was stolen. Sheriff’s deputies recovered it on State road 100 and arrested a 29-year-old DeBary woman. The woman was charged with possession of stolen property.
June 15, 2011	07:30 a.m.	A Palm Coast business owner reported his office had been entered overnight on State Road 100. The victim told deputies that entry to the office had been made through a rear window. Miscellaneous copper fittings valued at $100 were reported missing.
June 15, 2011	17:30 p.m.	A Sleepy Hollow Trail resident reported his duplex unit had been entered sometime between 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. The victim said he had left his garage door open while fixing supper and a freezer and weed-eater were missing from the garage.
June 14, 2011	19:00 p.m.	A 23-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for shoplifting from a Publix store on Belle Terre Parkway. The store manager said the man loaded a shopping cart with a case of Corona beer and an 18-pack of Bud Light beer and then walked out the doors without paying. The value of the merchandise was $40.64.
June 13, 2011	12:20 p.m.	A Palm Coast business owner reported the theft of several checks from her business account. The victim did not discover the theft until she checked the online bank account and found a $426 purchase that had been made online from that account.
june 13, 2011	13:55 p.m.	A Palm Coast man reported the theft of his vehicle from his home on Bayberry Village Road. The victim told deputies he loaned his vehicle to a friend earlier in the week, but she did not return it. Deputies said the vehicle was last seen in Ocala.
June 12, 2011	19:08 p.m.	A 24-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for shoplifting from a CVS Pharmacy on Belle Terre Parkway. Deputies said the man stole four cans of cat food, 21 pounds of kitty litter, an 18-pack of toilet paper and an 18 pack of cold Heineken Beer. The items were recovered and valued at $60.
June 12, 2011	07:27 p.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported someone entered his unlocked vehicle while it was parked at his home on Ryerton Place. The victim told deputies that a CD player valued at $150 had been stolen.
June 11, 2011	11:19 a.m.	A resident of Fitzgerald Lane in Palm Coast reported his girlfriend took his $200 cell phone. The victim said the woman was moving to Fort Myers and he did not have her new address. He told deputies she admitted to taking the phone because she suspected he was up to something
June 11, 2011	09:26 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported her vehicle had been damaged while it was parked at the European Village in Palm Coast. The victim said overnight someone used yellow spray paint to paint symbols, including a dollar sign, on the back of her vehicle.
June 10, 2011	12:32 p.m.	A property manager reported a washer and dryer were missing from a duplex on Pleasant Lane. The manager suspected the previous tenants had taken the appliances
June 10, 2011	08:05 a.m.	A Palm Coast resident reported finding two bicycles in some bushes near 1 Fitzgerald Lane. Deputies said the serial numbers of both bikes were checked and neither had been reported stolen.
June 9, 2011	21:47 p.m.	A Palm Coast man was arrested after deputies found he was wanted on an outstanding warrant from Volusia County. Deputies stopped the man as he was walking along Belle Terre Boulevard after several motorists reported a suspicious looking male in the area.
June 9, 2011	18:31 p.m.	A 21-year-old Bunnell man was arrested after deputies said he threw a cinder block through the back window of a vehicle parked on Lincoln Street in Bunnell. The victim said he and the man had been arguing when the man got angry and began swinging the cinder block around
June 8, 2011	07:24 a.m.	A 17-year-old Palm Coast student was issued a trespass warning after he showed up on the campus of Matanzas High School. The principal said the teen was not a student at that school and he did not have permission to be on campus.
June 8, 2011	00:03 a.m.	Deputies arrested a Palm Coast man on the parking lot of Walgreens on State Road 100 after he was found with needles and a homemade pipe in his possession. Deputies were called to the scene after witnesses reported the man was attempting to flag down people as they drove passed him in the parking lot.
June 7, 2011	18:10 p.m.	A resident of Philmont Lane in Palm Coast reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and her purse was stolen. The victim told deputies she had left her car parked on her drive. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
June 7, 2011	19:14 p.m.	An Ormond Beach man was arrested for shoplifting more than $180 worth of beer from the Target Store on State Road 100. The loss prevention manager said the 29-year-old man loaded the beer in a cart and proceeded outside of the store. Once outside, he placed the stolen goods into the trunk of the car. Deputies said the man admitted to the thefts.
June 6, 2011	06:34 a.m.	A Bunnell man reported the tires on his truck were punctured while it was parked on his drive on Spruce Street. The victim told deputies had had been working on his truck the night before and the tires were fine. When he went back out to the truck this morning, he found the tires were flat.
June 6, 2011	18:10 p.m.	A resident of Philmont Lane in Palm Coast reported her unlocked vehicle was entered and her purse was stolen. The victim told deputies she had left her car parked on her drive. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
June 5, 2011	00:46 a.m.	A 21-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for shoplifting at Walmart on Cypress Point Parkway. The loss prevention employee stated the man walked into the electronics section and walked out of the store with a Bluetooth headset valued at $49.
June 5, 2011	16:43 p.m.	A Palm Coast man reported his vehicle was stolen from a parking lot at European Village. The victim told deputies he parked the vehicle and locked the doors, but the windows were left partially open. He said a spare key had been hidden in one of the fender panels. The incident is under investigation.
June 4, 2011	16:06 p.m.	A Bunnell caretaker reported the property he was overseeing on County Road 90 had been entered and scape metal and other items were missing,. The victim estimated the value of the missing scrape metal was $250.
June 4, 2011	18:06 p.m.	Two teens were issued trespass warnings after the manager of Coquina Lanes told deputies that the two boys had taken a tip jar from the snack bar. One boy told deputies he took the jar and spent some of the money at a local grocery store on snacks.
June 3, 2011	16:08 p.m.	A 22- year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for aggravated assault after another Palm Coast man told deputies that the man drove his vehicle at him on U.S. 1, south of Bunnell. No one was injured in the incident.
June 3, 2011	23:57 P.M.	An 18-year-old Palm Coast resident was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued a notice to appear after deputies found him and three other teens inside Waterfront Park after closing hours. The teenager had given deputies permission to search his vehicle when they found a metal pipe used to smoke marijuana inside the vehicle.
June 2, 2011	13:59 p.m.	Three people were charged with burglary after witnesses reported seeing them enter a home on Blakeshire Place in Palm Coast. Witnesses said two males entered the vacant home by breaking a rear sliding glass door. When the house alarm went off, they fled to a waiting car that was driven by a female. Deputies stopped them a few minutes later and after questioning by detectives, the three were transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.
June 2, 2011	10:58 a.m.	A Palm Coast man was charged with possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The 21-year-old man was stopped on Palm Coast Parkway after the deputy noticed the man was driving without a seat belt. The deputy said as the man was looking for his registration and insurance, he opened up a center console to reveal a glass pipe commonly used to smoke marijuana. A search of the truck resulted in finding the marijuana inside a cigarette pack.
June 1, 2011	13:47 p.m.	A 30-year-old man was charged with shoplifting from a Walgreens on State Road 100. The store manager said the man took a bottle of cold medicine valued at $21.99 and left the store without paying. A trespass notice was also issued to the man.
