Thursday, August 26, 2010, 02:56 a.m. – A Palm Coast man reported waking up around 3 a.m. to find two men standing on the enclosed porch of his home on Karas Trail. The victim told deputies one of the men then kicked in the sliding glass door. Both men fled when the victim shouted at them to leave. The incident is under investigation.
Thursday, August 26, 2010, 11:42 a.m. – A realtor reported the air conditioning unit of a home on Pritchard Drive had been removed overnight. The realtor said the home is currently vacant. He estimated the replacement cost for the unit would be between $3,000 and $5,000.

Tuesday, August 24, 2010, 09:43 a.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported his sister’s home on Wendy Lane had been entered and a vehicle and television were missing. The man told deputies his sister was away for several weeks and he was checking on the house. When he entered the home, he noticed dressers and cabinets had been opened with the contents scattered around the rooms. He reported a television missing and a vehicle that had been parked in the garage was gone. The incident is under investigation.
Tuesday, August 24, 2010, 19:16 p.m. – A neighbor reported the air conditioning unit had been removed from his neighbor’s home on Llosee Court. The theft is believed to have occurred sometime in the last week.

Monday, August 23, 2010, 18:33 p.m. – Sheriff’s deputies were called to investigate an apparent break-in at a West Flagler County fire station on County Road 2006 East. Deputies reported that volunteers arriving for training at Fire Station 71 found someone had forced their way into the station and took gasoline. Entry to the building appeared to have been made through a back window. The incident is under investigation.
Monday, August 23, 2010, 08:20 a.m. – A Palm Coast home owner reported that his house on bidding Place had been entered and appliances were removed. The victim told deputies that the house is currently under construction. He said a subcontractor may have left the door unlocked overnight. Thieves reportedly took floor cabinets, baseboards, steel range and stove top as well as a dishwasher.

Sunday, August 22, 2010, 18:34 p.m. – A Shady Oaks Drive resident reported his Palm Coast home had been entered and a television along with two gaming systems had been stolen. The victim told deputies his roommate had left the home around 2 p.m. without locking the front door. The incident is under investigation.
Sunday, August 22, 2010, 20:56 p.m. – A New York family was stranded in Flagler County when their vehicle caught fire on I-95. Firefighters responded to the scene and extinguished the flames. Deputies contacted a taxi service to assist the family with transportation needs.

Saturday, August 21, 2010, 16:20 p.m. – A Palm Coast woman reported her credit card had been fraudulently used. The victim said at least five charges were made to her card in the Tampa area while she remained in Palm Coast.
Saturday, August 21, 2010, 19:41 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported several pieces of jewelry were missing from her home on River Landing Drive after she returned from a two-day trip. The victim told deputies her son had friends in the house and she is unsure who may have taken the items.

Friday, August 20, 2010, 01:45 a.m. – Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 20-year-old Daytona Beach man for driving with a suspended driver’s licenses. Deputies reported seeing the man driving suspiciously on Rymfire Drive near Belle Terre Parkway. When deputies were able to stop him, a check of his license revealed his licensed had been suspended for failure to pay multiple traffic fines.
Friday, August 20, 2010, 19:05 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident who was house watching for a neighbor reported the unoccupied home on Pheasant Drive had been entered sometime between Wednesday and Friday evening. The neighbor said two large televisions had been stolen. Entry to the home was believed to have been made by forcing open a back patio door.

Thursday, August 19, 2010, 20:29 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported her vehicle had been entered while it was parked on Town Center Boulevard. The victim said the thieves gained entry by breaking door handles on both sides of the car and damaging her sunroof. She said a debit card and cash were taken in the incident.

Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 15:26 p.m. – A Palm Coast realtor reported someone had removed commercial grade kitchen equipment from a unit on Old Kings Road. The realtor said a small stove, two refrigerators, dining chairs and a commercial stove had been removed. The incident is under investigation.
Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 15:28 p.m. – A Claridge Court South resident reported someone entered his Palm Coast home and took some loose change from on top of a counter. The victim said it appeared someone had taken shelving from the pool deck and threw it into a back window which shattered. The incident is under investigation.

Tuesday, August 17, 09:54am - A theft of an air conditioner unit was reported from an unoccupied residence on Whittington Drive. The shell of the unit was still in place but all the interior parts were removed. The theft was discovered by the property management company.
Tuesday, August 17, 19:44pm - A traffic stop in the Town Center resulted in the arrest of a Palm Coast man who was driving without a license. The driver was stopped for exceeding the speed limit and advised the deputy that he did not have any identification and had never been issued a drivers license. The driver stated that he was driving because none of his passengers were able to due to their being intoxicated.

Monday, August 16, 11:18am - A theft of copper was reported from a Metro PCS tower located on US-1. The complainant advised that the copper stolen was only worth approximately $200 but that the cost of repair would probably exceed $2,500.
Monday, August 16, 13:59pm - A theft from a motor vehicle parked at European Village was reported. The victim resides at European Village and advised that he parked his vehicle at 2:00am and upon returning at around 2:00pm he saw that the front windshield had been broken and the passenger side window was smashed. The victim advised that all of the stereo equipment had been taken.

Sunday, August 15, 18:58 – A burglary to a residence on Wellwood Lane was reported. The victim advised that upon returning to the residence she saw that the front door looked like it was kicked in and pieced of the door jam were on the floor. Upon inspection the victim advised it did not appear anything was taken.
Sunday, August 15, 22:01 – A theft was reported by a patron of Europa Piano Bar. The victim advised she left her purse on the counter while she stepped into the restroom. Upon returning approximately two minutes later her purse was gone. The victim also learned from her bank that her credit card was used at two gas stations and a restaurant.

Saturday, August 14, 01:56 – A burglary to a residence on Ryley Lane was reported. A Vizio 37” flat screen television was removed from its wall mount in the screened porch area.
Saturday, August 14, 18:47 – A theft from a vehicle parked on Jungle Hut Road was reported. The victim stated that she placed her purse on the floor behind the driver seat prior to going for a walk on the beach. Upon returning to the vehicle, the driver side rear window was broken and the purse was gone.

Friday, August 13, 01:39am - A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Palm Coast man for drunk driving and possession of drug paraphernalia after a deputy observed the vehicle weaving from lane to lane on Palm Coast Parkway. The driver was also charged with the paraphernalia after a toilet paper roll with a metal socket attached was found in the vehicle and the driver stated he used it to smoke marijuana.
Friday, August 13, 16:50 – A burglary to a residence on Sloganeer Trail was discovered after a deputy responded to a report of the alarm sounding. The deputy observed the front door ajar and damage done to the door jam. The home owner advised it did not appear that anything was taken.

Wednesday, August 11, 2010, 07:07 a.m. – An Edge Lane resident in Palm Coast reported his home was entered while he was on vacation out of state. A neighbor watching his home contacted him and the victim said he returned early. Deputies said several televisions, two laptops, a desktop computer, DVD player as well as prescription medicines were reported missing. The incident is under investigation.
Wednesday, August 11, 2010, 23:27 p.m. – A patron of a local tavern in St. Joe’s Plaza became annoyed when a security person asked him to leave the bar. The 26-year-old refused and chained himself to a pole. When deputies arrived, the man then calmed down and left the property. He returned a few minutes later and was escorted from the business. Deputies said the man, who was creating a disturbance in the parking lot, waited for a girlfriend to join him where their bikes were parked, but when she arrived, he let the air out of her tires and chained himself to another pole using a bicycle chain. When deputies attempted to place the man under arrest for disorderly conduct, he resisted and deputies eventually used a taser to place the man in handcuffs. He was transported to the local hospital for a medical evaluation before being transported to the Flagler County Inmate Facility.

Tuesday, August 10, 2010, 10:58 a.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported two withdrawals had been made from her bank account without her approval. The victim said the withdrawals of $200 had been made on two separate occasions in Miami. She was advised by her bank to report the activity.
Tuesday, August 10, 2010, 18:00 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported a credit card had been opened in her name without her authorization. The card issuer had contacted the victim to notify her that the application had been denied because it was suspicious. The incident is under investigation.

Monday, August 9, 2010, 00:28 a.m. – A 22-year-old Palm Coast man was given a notice to appear in court after deputies stopped him for driving with an expired vehicle tag. Check of the man’s driver’s license revealed it had been suspended 12 times.
Monday, August 9, 2010, 20:12 p.m. – a Daytona North man, who told deputies he was visiting his mother, was arrested for violating an injunction involving his mother’s neighbor. The injunction prohibited the man from coming within 500 feet of the home on Berrybush Street.

Sunday, August 8, 2010, 18:07 p.m. – A Palm Coast resident reported his vehicle had been broken into while it was parked at his apartment on Palm Harbor Parkway. The victim said credit card checks and an IPod had been taken in the incident. Deputies reported there were no apparent signs of forced entry to the vehicle.
Sunday, August 8, 2010, 10:32 a.m. – A New York visitor reported his condominium on Ocean Crest Drive in Palm Coast had been entered and cash as well as credits were missing. The victim told deputies he had placed his money which he had wrapped around credit cards onto a chair in his room and left. When he returned he found the cash and cards were gone.

Saturday, August 7, 2010, 15:14 p.m. – A 13-year-old New York visitor is being held responsible for vandalism to one local business and roadway graffiti near Rockefeller and Rockingham Drives in Palm Coast. Deputies reported the teenager’s uncle said his nephew told him he had sprayed the graffiti on the roadway when he snuck out of the house.
Saturday, August 7, 2010, 16:00 p.m. – A tenant who was upset with his landlord after his unit was broken into, moved out, but he took dishes and a refrigerator with him that belonged in the home. The landlord told deputies his tenant on North Oceanshore Boulevard refused to pay rent after his trailer had been burglarized. The tenant felt the landlord had done nothing about the theft. The landlord then issued an eviction notice and the tenant moved taking the landlord’s property with him. The incident is under investigation.

Friday, August 6, 2010, 10:35 a.m. – A Connecticut resident reported her vacation home on Riviera Estates Drive had been entered and a stereo was missing. The victim said entry to the home was made by kicking in the front door. The incident is under investigation.
Friday, August 6, 2010, 21:57 p.m. – An 18-year-old Palm Coast man was arrested for burglary and resisting arrest without violence after witnesses identified him as the thief that had been going through vehicles in the parking lot of Madison Green Apartments. When deputies located the teen, he fled into a wooded area, but surrendered a brief time later.

Thursday, August 5, 2010, 07:14 a.m. – A resident of Whittingham Lane in Palm Coast reported her vehicle had been entered and her purse was missing. The victim told deputies she located her purse at a canal down the street. The incident is under investigation.
Thursday, August 5, 2010, 23:46 p.m. – A bracelet valued at $5,000 was reported as possibly stolen from a home on Lamour Lane. The victim told deputies she left her home around 7 p.m. and when she returned at 9:30 p.m., she discovered the missing jewelry.

Wednesday, August 4, 2010, 09:12 a.m. – A resident on North Old Oak Drive reported her wedding band and engagement ring were missing. The victim told deputies she had removed the rings and placed them in her purse on Tuesday. When she went to retrieve them today, she discovered both were gone along with a small amount of cash. The incident is under investigation.
Wednesday, August 4, 2010, 09:17 a.m. - A Tallahasse resident reported her vehicle had been vandalized while it was parked at a home on Wellwood Lane in Palm Coast. Deputies reported that window on the vehicle had been broken out with an unknown object. The victim did not report any missing items.

Tuesday, August 3, 2010, 03:07 a.m. – A 42-year-old Palm Coast man was cited for driving with a suspended driver’s license after deputies observed him run a stop sign at Pine Grove Drive in Palm Coast. Deputies reported the man’s license had been revoked in April for one year for driving under the influence.
Tuesday, August 3, 2010, 06:41 a.m. – A Palm Coast couple reported their vehicles had been entered and a wallet and cash stolen. Deputies said the back glass had been broken out of the pick up truck where thieves tool some $100. An unlocked SUV parked nearby also was entered and more than $500 was stolen. The incident is under investigation.

Monday, August 2, 2010, 11:07 a.m. – An air conditioning unit from home on Kalamazoo Trail in Palm Coast was reported stolen. The property manager said she believes the incident occurred sometime between July 28 and Aug. 2.
Monday, August 2, 2010, 23:37 p.m. – Deputies reported finding a window pane broken out of the Haw Creek Community Center on Country Road 304. The Flagler County Public Works Division was notified of the vandalism.

Sunday, August 1, 2010, 19:30 p.m. – A 22-year-old palm Coast man was arrested and charged with possession of crack cocaine after depuites stopped him for riding a bicycle without a light. Deputies reported that during a pat down, two clear plastic bags were discovered.
Sunday, August 1, 2010, 19:30 p.m. – Deputies were called to a home on Ryarbor Drive in connection with an apparent burglary. The victim told deputies that he had returned from a three-week vacation and found a pry mark on the door frame of the back door. Deputies said nothing was reported missing.

Saturday, July 31, 2010, 14:55 p.m. – Deputies responded to a front door being unlocked on a vacant home on Karas Trail in Palm Coast. A neighbor who had been out walking his door reported that the front door appeared to have been kicked in. Deputies said efforts would be made to contact the homeowner to determine if anything had been stolen.
Saturday, July 31, 2010, 23:51 P.M. – A Palm Coast resident reported her vehicle had been entered and contents had been tossed about the inside while it was parked on Birthstone Way. The victim said she noticed the unlocked vehicle’s driver’s side door was partially opened around 11:51 p.m.
