Current Budgets:

This division is responsible for overseeing the $22 million budget that funds the entire operation of the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office and the Inmate facility.

Linda Bolante, division director, serves in the dual capacity of chief financial officer and grants writer. In fiscal year 2011 grants totaling approximately a 1 ½ million dollars were awarded to the Sheriff’s Office.

A significant grant was the "Cops Hiring". It is a Community Oriented Policing grant that was used to hire six additional full time officers fully funded by the grant for a three year period. The total for this project was $1,198,260.
