Information on Women's Self Defense Classes

• Women's self defense class is comprised of 3 - 2 hour classes (total of 6 hours).


• It is a free class!


• You will receive safety information as well as hands on defensive training. Culminating in a physical test against the instructor in the last class with a padded suit.


• Groups and/or Organizations are welcome!


• Classes can be held at the FCSO or at a location of choice.
